Dear israa abdulaziz I don't think it's true . You are lying as because me and my wife used to go there . I never seen this place is quite . It's always busy with Alots of appointments. Whenever we go there we received such a good respect and treatment , also it's good thing to make appointment to save everybody time . You haves talked about 5 star property . There are also rules and regulations for customer . Covering up your own mistake by blaming someone is not right it's shameful. Also therapist which you are taking about is very good in nature and professional. I suggest everyone to go this place. Where you find friendly environment and good service.
I used this salon because I didn’t have time to go to my usual salon. I had my eyebrows threaded Which were done really well. When she finished she asked me if I’d like some Aloe Vera put on the area to which I said yes. She then pumped a bottle on the table next to us and applied the substance to my eyebrow area. When I got up I looked at the bottle which was clearly labelled as Hand Sanitiser. I asked why she had put sanitiser on my face, she said because it has aloe Vera in it. I was so shocked I just left!! For many reasons, this is completely unacceptable and you should not put sanitiser on your face, especially on open pores. My skin started to sting. Luckily I was only five minutes from home and was able to wash my face.

Absolutely love this salon! Such a friendly and welcoming place that I keep going back to. All the staff make you feel so comfortable, always taking their time with treatment and are so flexible with appointments. Truly recommend this place!
Treatments were good however when I received my credit card statement I found I had been charged twice. I contacted Rakhee to ask for a refund. Many hours later she asked for my account details which I sent her by return however 2 days later I still hadn’t received a refund or an apology. I was passing and popped in to try and sort it out and was originally told Rakhee was there, then I was told she would be an hour and then was told she would be 2 hours and I should go back. I explained I don’t live in Northwood Hills and it would take a few minutes tops to refund me into my bank account. Rakhee eventually came out and was short with me saying she was with a client however I should not have had to fight for the refund and Rakhee was not at all apologetic. If it was me I would have been mortified and would have wanted to make amends immediately. I will not be returning.
