Disappointing !!!! How can people still treat you differently or be racist ? I booked myself for a hair cut and when I went there I was asked to take a seat and open my hair after she started brushing my hair they realised they have over booked me as another customer appeared and said she is booked at the same time and and they asked me to book it another time instead started doing her hair .. I felt insulted after sitting on a chair opening my hair and than they decided to take someone else who just came in.. Very unprofessional and rude .. extremely disappointing behaviour.. I’m sorry Raj you are a decent person but if that’s how your staff treat your customers with their own preferences instead of thinking what should be done in a situation is ridiculous!!
Booked in at short notice to get some waxing done. It was my first visit to the salon as I live nearby. Kelly was attending to me, found her very helpful from start to finish. I had a slight injury in my right leg but she made the effort to ensure I felt comfortable throughout. And a perfect waxing treatment as an end result. I will definitely be returning to the salon for other services aswell. Reasonably priced & overall atmosphere was very friendly aswell
I get my hair done regularly here with Katia for styling, colouring and blowdry. She always does a fantastic job and I am always happy with my hair. I would definitely recommend her. The atmosphere and all the staff are very professional and friendly. I will continue going back. Thank you !!
