Prestige Bin Cleaning was recommended to me by a close friend early 2021 and I’m glad I chose the company. I was quite concerned about making the right decision. Consequently, I monitored their services for a whole year before writing this review so I could give my honest opinion. I like the company especially the cleaning staff. They do a great job disinfecting our 3 bins leaving them clean and smelling so wonderful. They put a huge bin bag in the general waste bin which is amazing. The company is very efficient and professional. Our bins are cleaned regularly and where there is green waste in the Green bin, the staff remove and bag this before disinfecting the bin. The cost for the cleaning services is reasonable too. What more could anyone ask for? I highly recommend the Prestige Bin Cleaning. No more excuses for stinky and dirty bins????.

The whole team are very hard working and efficient. They come on time and without fail every month. The bins are cleaned properly and they also line the bin with a big liner bag and replace all my rubbish. Excellent service and price is also very reasonable!
I contacted them in April for a one-off clean and got convinced to try the 3-clean package which I requested to be done every 2 months. They kept forgetting to come until I text them and then in June they stopped responding and came in August automatically. I had missed a message from them which stated that it was a rolling contract! Now I've had threatening phone calls to pay up for the full 3-clean contract or they will steal my bins! (which the council will replace for free). Bizarre behaviour and bullying tactics to sign up to a regular service. I offered to pay for a one-off clean which is what they'd offered originally but they're now refusing to accept this. Really aggressive owner - Liam - and assistant Olivia both calling up and getting angry over bins, making threats and throwing insults! So weird. I'm sure there are more professional companies out there.
I paid for my 2 bins to be cleaned for a year but they only got cleaned once and this was after a lot of back and forth of text messages. I cancelled my contract and asked for my money to be refunded but the owner refused to refund my money. The owner of this business is very rude, we exchanged several text messages and emails and he never refunded my money. I wanted to take it further but decided not to waste my time with him. This is a one man show and not a reputable business. The five star reviews on Google must be a scam
