I booked a deep clean and everytime I am amazed at how clean my house is whenever I have used this company, it is excellent and would thoroughly recommend. This is the second time I have used them and will definitely be using again. Extremely professional service, excellent communication and lovely team. They were so efficient and went above and beyond what I had asked for, particularly some specific things I needed done in my deep clean! Will be delighted to continue using the services in future!
I don’t usually write reviews but this is a service that defiantly requires acknowledging! I am extremely happy with my after build cleaning and very glad I did it as I have no idea how else I would have been able to get read of the piles of dust! I rang Tine on Monday requesting 4 cleaners for the following Saturday, despite my short notice as well as the company having other jobs already booked on that day, Tina was able to make arrangements and meet my needs. The cleaners were booked for 9 am, they arrived promptly at 8.50 ready to make a start at 9 sharp. They worked really hard until 6 pm and made my house spotless. Absolutely spotless! They really knew what to do and I didn’t need to give many instructions nor direct them, I felt confident to leave them to it and on the next day when I went back to the house thinking to do a top up clean there wasn’t any dust , nothing for me to clean basically and instead I started unpacking!. I would defiantly recommend crystal cleaning servicing! and would also like to take the opportunity to thank them for the outstanding service!!!

I booked for a deep clean through Crystal Cleaning Servicing as I thought it would be more professional and reliable than an individual but unfortunately that wasn't the case. There was a lot of back and forth about the appointment, that went from 11am to 9am, to the cleaner turning up at 10:30am. After the clean, I pointed out some big issues with the cleaner personally. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, the kitchen sink hadn't been cleaned, and the lower kitchen cabinets still needed cleaning on the outside. I could see other small issues, but it started to feel uncomfortable and degrading to ask for it to be redone so I left it. I ended up spending another hour or two going over some things again in each room. Items not cleaned in the bathroom still, debris and dust on surfaces and floors still and the fridge wasn't cleaned to a good standard. I emailed the company straight away to explain that I was disappointed and to try and resolve it. There was no offer to come back, they didn't ask for photos or feedback, they just offered a 10% discount and said I should have told the cleaner. I booked a cleaning service to not have to worry about the cleaning for a change and not monitor their every move. I didn't hear back until the week later where I was sent an invoice with a 20% discount. I have paid but it is double what I could have paid an individual for the same amount of time and possibly a better job. Would not recommend. Also a lot of their Google reviews are also obviously fake or done by the company themselves.
