We had booked the Premier Inn on Wembley Park when we booked our Wembley Arena gig tickets. The location is great-about 5 minutes walk from the venue, and the hotel was clean and modern. Check in staff member was great-friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was good-there were plenty of tables and used crockery etc was cleared away quickly and the breakfast was hot and the food was replaced/topped up quickly. I even had my croissants warmed up. It was a little disappointing that the bar was closed after the gig, but it was fairly late and a Sunday night, so this was understandable. I would recommend this hotel if you're going to Wembley.
This hotel is the same as every premier Inn, comfy clean well appointed. What sets it apart is the location, right opposite Wembley stadium and very central to the train stations. The restaurant served great food and breakfast was good too, strangely not very busy even tho the hotel was full. We were on the 11th floor but there were plenty of lifts to take us up sadly we had a view of the holiday Inn and the premier plus rooms had the good views over the stadium, didn't change our mind tho as we didn't stay for the view but the convenience of location. You can leave your bags here too which is a big bonus. Great staff as always.
Our overall stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The bathroom had a bath and shower so it was nice to have a cosy bath before bed while staying at the hotel. The bed was cosy and the bedroom temperature wasn't cold. Everything was clean and presentable. One issue however happened with us being woken up despite having a don't disturb sign on our door, and having a staff member asking us to check out despite it being only our second night stay out of four nights. We were told to speak to reception who rectified this with a free breakfast voucher. The hotel is close to the arena and there are many lovely shops to eat out or shop in. The hotel also isn't far from the underground so it's in a very convenient spot. We were overall satisfied with our stay.
We travelled down from Liverpool for a show at the arena and my mum booked us this stay as a present and it didn’t disappoint! The distance to the arena is so convenient but aside from that the cleanliness, security, and overall quality of everything at this Premier Inn can’t be faulted. We didn’t catch her name but there was a lovely welsh lady who greeted us for breakfast that I’d like to say a massive thank you to for being so warm and welcoming! My partner liked being compared to Ed Sheeran haha. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back the next time we’re in London ????
Good hotel, has everything you need, room was a bit cramped as a family room. I think it should have been bigger, with a better layout for the beds. The veiw was also very disappointing, as we had a fence which was approx 3 feet away from room, but we were on the 1st floor & it didn't really bother me. The ease of booking in & out is great, as you can book in with their machines & there is drop off boxes for the key card when you leave also, so nice quick and easy. You still have to pay London prices at the restaurant, but it is London.
