Was so hesitate to stay in this hotel after reading all the negative reviews in many social media platforms , but I made my mind strong & stayed in this hotel... I was so happy that I didn't missed an every bucks worth hotel.. My stay was so great . To add a surprise the room was very spacious which is something I never experienced in my UK visit. I didnt expect this. The hotel near to Kingsbury Tube station ( Jubilee Line ) & perfect place for vegetarian like me.. So many vegetarian eateries here. The service also was great. They even allowed me to keep my luggage after check - out . Definitely will stay again. Highly recommended...
We booked to stay for a night. the first room we went into was dirty (bathroom especially), stained bedsheets, broken bedside tables and dirty windows. we requested an upgraded room as the first didn’t meet expectations that were posted online. the upgraded room simply had a sofa in it and was exactly the same. in this room the “double” bed was simply two singles pushed together. i would very much not recommend the hotel as it is nothing like the photos shown online.
The last time the room saw cleaning was probably when the hotel was opened. The shower was properly disgusting hair everywhere, with no shampoo or soap in sight. The room was cold. Everything that you can see or touch was broken or damaged in some way. Wifi was not working.We got woken up at 3am from a burning plastic smell, I went to reception to ask what was happening because we were starting to get dizzy, and he said one of the guests tried to use the microwave, and it caught fire oh and I forgot to mention WE WERE THE ONLY 2 ROOMS IN THE WHOLE HOTEL so that was a lie. I hope no one ever has the need to get a room here. You will be better off sleeping in your car or probably the street. ????
Do not stay at this hotel, I rented a room for 3 days, the room was quite dirty, the bathroom is very small, you can't even wash your face in that very small basin, the staff is very unfriendly, I had to check out on time 8 in the afternoon and at 11 in the morning the staff told me I had to leave the room I said it was not possible as the app shows me the exit check at 8 and the staff asked me for an extra £50 to do the exit check at 8 o'clock
